FYI for those of you in the Kalamazoo area: Ruth McNally Barshaw will be at Bookbug on Monday, June 29 at 4 p.m. to share drawing tips with kids and to sign books.
Ruth and her book character Ellie McDoodle are delightful, and you definitely should get to know them both!

She's awesome at teaching cartooning, everyone. I'm a complete klutz at drawing and she somehow got ME to draw something well.
